Monique's counter-argument
Rather than debate the merits of her sanity any further, Monique wishes to submit photographic evidence that I am not qualified to judge whether it is cold or whether anybody else is crazy:

Growing up in the Adirondacks does sort of mess with concepts like "normal" and "winter".
