I've been futzing around with my new DirecTV video-on-demand service, and I downloaded a copy of the new "Wolverine and the X-Men" cartoon. The villain in this particular cartoon was an American governement agency that imprisoned a bunch of people without trial, and then tortured them for information.
Boy, am I going to be glad to have that sort of thing returned to the realm of comic books, cartoons, and science-fiction films.
(Note the label. "Comics", not politics.)
