As I sorted out my photos of prewar cars from the 2013 Concours d'Elegance of America, I discovered that I'd accidentally omitted this beauty from the postwar cars:
Ooooh, pretty. This is an Alfa-Romeo 6C 2500 SS Superleggera Coupe from 1948 or thereabouts. The 6C cars had a six cylinder engine and and an aluminum body. I don't really know the year or even the model, since it wasn't in the Concours program's list of cars. Judging from the entry number (#378) it was one of the last cars entered in this year's show.
But even if it's a bit of a mystery, I'm glad it showed up. It's awfully pretty.
